Dale Vincent, Chief Executive Officer, Director
As President, CEO, and Director, Mr. Vincent is leading Mangosoft's
corporate strategy and business development. He is a member of
Mangosoft's Board of Directors and served as the
Company's CFO prior to his appointment as CEO in
1999. Mr. Vincent's vast expertise and experience,
particularly in developing and funding emerging companies in
the software industry, has given him unique and valuable
insight into the financial dynamics of the high-tech industry.
Since April 1990, Mr. Vincent has served as a Managing Director
of ACAP, the general partner of Associated Capital, where he
consults with Associated Capital and provides expertise
regarding its investment and marketing activities. Vincent also
serves as President of RCG Real Estate. Mr. Vincent
received his M.B.A. in finance from The American University and
a B.A. in chemistry from Duke University.
