Mangosoft Announces Additions to their Executive Line up
Westborough, MA - September 16, 1999: MangoSoft Corporation (NASD:MGOF),
producer of acclaimed software-based servers based on patented pooling
technology, announced two additions to their executive team. James M.
Stark has been named Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Robert E.
Parsons has been named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr.
Stark is a recognized industry executive with a track record of
successfully building and managing hi-tech sales channels. Mr. Parsons is
an experienced CFO and COO, and brings significant fiscal management
skills to the company.

Mr. Stark brings an extensive background of sales success in the
computer industry to the management team. Mr. Stark was most recently the
Eastern Area Sales Manager for Aquilium Software in Toronto Ontario. Prior
to this Mr. Stark spent many years at Novell Inc., where he held several
positions including the Manager of OEM Business Development, Director for
Eastern Area Sales, as well as Manager of Eastern Area Channel Sales. Mr.
Stark holds a BBA in Management from Western Michigan University.

Mr. Parsons is an experienced veteran of the computer industry. He has
held a variety of managerial and financial positions in his career,
including new business development at Digital Equipment Corporation as
well as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Monadnock Partners,
Inc. Mr. Parsons was most recently Chief Financial Officer at Advanced
Modular Solutions. Mr. Parsons received his bachelors degree in accounting
from Bentley College.
