Mango and US Online Announce Unique Web Caching Service

Westborough, MA - November 15, 1999: MangoSoft Inc. (NASDAQ BB: MGOF) and US Online have jointly announced a partnership where MangoSoft's innovative web caching software, CacheLink, will be made available as a service offering to US Online's large and growing private network of ISPs. Performance measurements show CacheLink delivers web content, on average, up to 30 times faster than a 56K shared-modem on web cache hits.

US Online will offer the CacheLink service to their subscriber base via a software rental arrangement that is unique to US Online. This service significantly enhances US Online's Virtual IT/xSP solutions by offering a tool that improves performance and customer satisfaction with these services.
