Mangosoft, Inc. Adds Robert Primmer, Peter Caparso and Douglas Edwards to Management Team
Westborough, MA - March 1, 2000: New VPs of Marketing, Business Development, and Internet Operations
Director Strengthen Company's Position as Internet Leader Mango,
Inc. (NASDAQ BB: MGOF), developers of innovative software that leverages
PC desktop systems to improve your Internet experience, today announced
that Robert J. Primmer has joined the company as vice president of
marketing. Primmer will be responsible for the worldwide marketing of
Mango's suite of Internet enhancement solutions. Mango also announced the
promotion of Peter J. Caparso to vice president of business development.
Caparso, who has been responsible for developing a series of strategic
partnerships for Mango, will lead the company's efforts to build
distribution relationships and sales agreements in support of Mango's
Internet solutions.

establishing Mango as an emerging Internet leader," said Dale

Also today, Mango announced that Douglas J. Edwards has joined the company
as Director, Internet Operations. Edwards will be responsible for
developing and managing the Internet partnerships for Mango's future
product and service offerings.
Prior to joining Mango, Primmer was the director of
product marketing at GeoTel Communications, which was acquired by Cisco
Systems in June of 1999 for $2 billion. At GeoTel, Primmer helped create,
manage and market the company's desktop product set, taking sales from
$500,000 to $53 million in 26 months. Prior to GeoTel, Primmer served as
the vice president of engineering for Aurora Systems, Inc., and was
directly involved in determining overall company strategic objectives for
sales and marketing. From 1983 to 1996, Primmer held numerous positions at
Data General Corporation, including project leader for engineering and new
product development. Primmer received his M.B.A. from Clark University
Graduate School of Management in Worcester, Mass., and a B.S. in computer
science from Worcester State College.
Prior to Mango, Caparso managed OEM and major account relationships at
VocalTec Incorporated and Stratus Computer Corporation. Caparso began his
career at Bell Atlantic Corporation, where he spent over nine years in the
sales department managing the Internet Service Provider and Financial
Institutional Accounts. Caparso received his M.B.A. in Finance and
Strategic Management from Boston College and holds a B.A. in Economics
from Villanova University.
Prior to joining Mango, Edwards was the director of
marketing in the $850 million Supply Chain Vertical Market in the
Enterprise Business Unit of Bell Atlantic Corporation. Edwards also held
leadership positions in Large Business Sales, where he was responsible for
the $100 million Third Party Sales Channel. Edwards received his M.B.A. in
the Executive program at Northeastern University and holds a B.A. in
Management from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
