Tony Coelho Joins Mangosoft Board Of Directors

Former U.S. Representative Will Guide Company's Growth

Westborough, MA - December 14, 2000: Mangosoft, Inc. (Nasdaq: BB: MGOF), developers of Internet business software and services, today announced the addition of Tony Coelho to its eight member Board of Directors.

Coelho joins Mangosoft following a long and distinguished career in public service. Most notably, Coelho was the author of the Americans with Disabilities Act. He was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1978 and ascended the House leadership ranks steadily, serving as the first-ever elected Majority Whip from 1987 to 1989, until his retirement from the Congress in 1989. He has served as the Chairman of the President's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities since his appointment by President Clinton in 1994.

He was appointed as Vice Chair of the National Task Force on Employment of Adults with Disabilities in 1998 and he currently serves on the boards of the Epilepsy Foundation of America, the National Organization on Disability, the National Rehabilitation Hospital and VSA (formerly Very Special Arts). Most recently, Coelho served as Vice President Al Gore's original campaign manager.
