Mangosoft Launches Value Added Reseller Program For Its Mangomind Internet File Sharing Service

New file sharing service features improve offline access and workgroup communication and collaboration

Westborough, MA - August 8, 2001: Mangosoft Inc. (OTC: BB: MGOF), a developer of Internet enabling software solutions, today launched a worldwide channel sales program for its Mangomind Internet File Sharing Service. Concurrently, Mangosoft announced that it has signed Savvy Networks, a metropolitan New York-based Internet Service Provider (ISP), as a Mangomind channel sales partner. Savvy will expand its Internet, hosting and Virtual Private Network (VPN) product offerings with the secure, hosted Mangomind Internet business file sharing and online storage service.

Mangosoft's new worldwide sales channel program for Mangomind will be comprised of value-added resellers (VARs), Internet Service Providers (ISPs), independent software vendors (ISVs), and other solution providers with proven expertise in deploying Internet- and intranet-based solutions for small to medium size businesses. Savvy Networks is the first to join Mangosoft's emerging distribution channel.
