Mangosoft and Adroit Systems, Inc. Create Strategic Alliance to Provide the Department of Defense and the US Intelligence Community Secure Internet File Sharing and Workgroup Collaboration Software and Services

Westborough, MA - April 16, 2002: Mangosoft Inc. (OTC: BB: MGOF), a developer of Internet enabling business software solutions, announced today that it has entered into an alliance with Adroit Systems, Inc. (ASI), an Alexandria, VA information engineering services provider, to deliver innovative information solutions to government customers. The two companies will address the growing need for secure, collaborative processes for remote project teams within the Department of Defense and the US Intelligence Community.

ASI provides complete information solutions, primarily to government agencies, addressing information management, system integration, process improvement, custom databases, logistics support, workstation prototype development, and intelligence analysis. They currently are involved in projects with the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and US Intelligence Agencies.

Mangosoft's MangomindSM Business Internet File ServiceSM is a software solution that can be quickly deployed over existing network infrastructure to create a secure virtual office where geographically dispersed workgroups can access information, from anywhere at anytime, and collaborate privately with mobile team members. End-to-end encryption secures files, both in transit over the Internet and while stored on the Mangomind server. Only authenticated users hold the keys to decrypt their files, thus ensuring a secure collaborative environment. Mangomind is seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Windows and project team members work just the way they would on a local network. No additional hardware or end user training is required.

"Given the growing mobility of the government workforce and the increased emphasis on security, we recognize that government IT managers need a way to quickly deploy secure, remote access and collaboration solutions for their employees," said ASI CEO Terry Ryan. "Mangosoft can address those critical requirements quickly and safely."

"ASI has 18 years of experience addressing government information technology requirements and we are very excited to have them as a strategic partner," said Dale Vincent, president and CEO of Mangosoft. "Together we can deliver collaboration solutions that address the needs of mobile project teams and meet the Federal government's most stringent requirements for security."
