Mangomind Enterprise is a Windows Business Internet File Service that allows LAN-like file and database sharing between external business colleagues, mobile professionals and others within and outside the corporate firewall.
Mangomind Enterprise complements existing network infrastructure by minimizing VPN access requirements for remote employees and enhances corporate security by minimizing remote network access requirements for non-employees.
Mangomind Enterprise is provided as a scalable hosted service or licensed server software product for organizations of any size. It can be easily implemented within the existing network infrastructure and data center.
In addition to standard Mangomind workgroup collaborative features, Mangomind Enterprise provides reusable resources which allow administrators to create or replace Drives, and add or change invited users to meet changing project requirements.
Remote file access: Mangomind lets geographically dispersed workgroups access business critical files from anywhere, at any time, from any computer. All you need is an Internet connection and a computer to access your shared workspace. Multi-user document and database sharing: Workgroup members can access documents and databases simultaneously at any time. In addition, team members always work on the most up to date documents. Private Workgroups: Assign access permissions to files and folders and create discrete workgroups. User identities can be hidden to ensure privacy. Offline access to files: Workers can access Mangomind files even when they are not connected to the Internet. In a hotel, on a plane, no Internet connectivity? Work on files offline and changed files are automatically synchronized to the Mangomind Drive when you reconnect to the Internet. Secure messaging: Send messages instantly to others on your shared Mangomind Drive via a notice board. Your colleagues are alerted when a new message is received. Easy-to-use, Windows operation: As a true Windows file system, Mangomind operates just like a Windows "C" drive. Create, copy, and save files just like you normally would. In fact, you don’t need to change anything about the way you typically work. No user training is required. Supports all Windows clients: Mangomind works on Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP. Secure data back-up service: All files stored on a Mangomind Drive are backed-up and recoverable at the secure Internet Data Center.
Mangomind incorporates the most rigorous Internet security technology and protocols to ensure that only authenticated users can access documents.
- End-to-end file security with 128-bit encryption (RSA Security) on files while they are transferred and while they are stored on the Mangomind server.
- Public/private key encryption ensures user authentication.

The Mangomind service is hosted at a secure, Tier 1 Internet Data Center. Mangosoft has attained Service Level Agreements that guarantee 99.97% uptime for their network and data center facilities.
Mangomind provides reliable, high-performance, fault-tolerant enterprise disk storage. The storage solution is configured as a SAN (Storage Area Network) to provide a scalable, no single point-of- failure infrastructure to support the Mangomind service. An automatic tape library provides a backup and recovery solution.

The Mangomind Enterprise Server solution provides a secure front end to the Storage Area Network and can be easily incorporated into the existing back office infrastructure.
Mangomind Enterprise Server consists of the Mangomind Server, Mangomind Database, and Mangomind Management Console. Mangomind Enterprise also supports a high availability, clustered services option.
Mangomind Enterprise provides flexible user and Drive administration via an easy to use Web-based administration tool. Administrators can create new or replace Drives no longer needed, and add or change invited users to meet changing project requirements. The Web administration console is an option with the Mangomind Server Product.
