1. When you connect to the service, make sure you choose to "Connect your local disk drives to the remote computer".
2. Within QuickBooks, view the data you want to export.
3. Click the "Export..." button.
4. Select the "Send the report to a new Excel spreadsheet" option and click "OK".
5. After Excel launches, select the "File>Save As..." menu item.
6. In the "Save As" window, choose a drive on your local computer from the "Save in" drop-down menu, browse to a folder where you want to save the file, and click "Save".
7. To return to QuickBooks, exit Excel via the "File>Exit" menu item.
