Certain Power Management Settings Can Impair CacheLink Performance
Your computers may have power management enabled in such a way that hard disks are turned off when they become idle. CacheLink will be slow to retrieve web content from those computers if it has to wait for their hard disks to turn back on.
Solution/Work-around
You can address this by modifying your power management settings by selecting
"Power Management" from the Control Panel on Windows 95 and Windows
