Before You Call
Before calling technical support, check the following to avoid support charges.
The following resolve well over 90% of Mangomind support issues.
- Is your Internet connection working properly?
Mangomind requires a working Internet connection. Make sure you can browse the web from the computer running Mangomind and can see current web pages.
Contact your Internet Service Provider for help with this.
- Does the problem persist after you reboot your computer?
Rebooting can help your Windows computer fully reset network settings needed by Mangomind.
- Is Mangomind properly set to be Working Online (or Offline)?
Mangomind needs to be Working Online to transfer files between the users of a Mangomind drive.
To work online, right-click the drive, select Mangomind, and make sure that the Work Offline item is properly checked.
- Are your firewall settings correct?
Make sure your firewall allows outbound connections to port 7391, 7392, 80, and 443 to addresses 65.221.106.89 through 94.
Contact your firewall vendor for help with this.
- Is your Windows software up-to-date?
Running outdated Windows software makes your computer more vulnerable to activity that can interfere with
Mangomind. Visit Microsoft's Windows Update site to find out.
- Is your anti-virus software up-to-date?
Viruses can interfere with Mangomind. If you do not have anti-virus software, we recommend
Sophos Anti-Virus.

download. Note that you will be able to access Mangomind Drives only if you
were invited to a drive or are a Mangomind subscriber.
